This website is operated by Ekklesia Sancta. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Ekklesia Sancta. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. If you are younger, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Products
Many of our products are made to order by independent production partners. We do our best to show colors, finishes, and details accurately, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, and small variations in printing, engraving, and framing are normal. Scripture on our products is from the King James Version (KJV) unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or decline any order at our discretion.
Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel any orders placed at that price and will notify you and issue a full refund. Payment is processed securely at checkout, and you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
Discount codes
Discount codes are subject to the terms shown when they are offered. Unless stated otherwise, codes can’t be combined, have no cash value, and are limited to one use per customer. We may change or end any promotion at any time.
Orders and cancellations
Once an order enters production, it can’t be canceled or changed. Please review your order carefully before checking out.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping times, returns, and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including our designs, artwork, logo, text, and images, belongs to Ekklesia Sancta or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs without written permission.
